Crafting my passion into professional excellence.

Growing up in the international hotel industry, hospitality runs through my veins. My childhood was spent living in hotels worldwide, shaped by a global perspective and the art of hosting. My French grandparents, owners of a restaurant in the heart of Paris, further instilled in me a love for food and service—helping out in their restaurant as soon as I could walk.

After completing technical and commercial wine studies, I held various international roles across the hospitality, wine, food, and beverage industries. My career combines commercial expertise, project management, and technical skills, resulting in a unique multidisciplinary approach. This mix energizes me and defines my passion for helping businesses succeed. I like to call myself a "specialized generalist."

With decades of international knowledge and experience, I partner with scale-ups and SMEs working in and/or with the food, beverage, and hospitality sectors, delivering strategic, hands-on solutions to accelerate growth and unlock new opportunities.

What I like to do:
• Strategic guidance: a sounding board for management, shaping strategies, and improving organizational processes.
• International business development: expanding into new markets, distribution channels, or exports.
• Innovation & creativity: driving product development and implementing forward-thinking solutions.
• Special projects: from managing complex projects, to maximizing trade-events, or overseeing store renovations and openings.
